The Star Student Program is a character encouragement initiative for elementary school teachers.  The goal of the program is to help students understand and express the positive character traits they possess.  The program is comprehensive.  It includes a management system, a plan for student motivation, a daily behavioral assessment that provides important data, and a curriculum guide for teaching certain values explicitly.
